Delivery Time

We understand that you want to wear your new jewelry as soon as possible! That's why we strive to post your purchase on the same day as you placed you order. If a product is out of stock, the delivery of your purchase may take a little longer. You will always receive a confirmation by email when your order has been shipped. Delivery is via the Dutch mailing company PostNL.

Here you can see the expected delivery time of your order. Keep in mind that delivery times can increase around holiday seasons and because of Covid-19.

United States & Rest of World

Orders above €100,- are free of shipping costs (without track and trace).

Returns

Are you not satisfied or have you changed your mind? Send your purchase back within 14 days after you received the order. The jewelry must be undamaged and in original condition of purchase. Please enclose a copy of the proof of purchase of your online order that you received by email with your return and state your bank account number. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days after we receive your returns. Costs for returns are for your own account.


Once we have posted your order, Buena Onda Bracelets is not responsible for any loss or damage to your order.
