How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We try to post the order on the same day of your purchase. Delivery times can increase around holiday seasons. Because of Covid-19 it is likely that orders will be delivered later than usual. Please see our Shipping page for more information.




Did my order get through?

When you have placed your order and have successfully completed the payment, you will receive an email from us with the confirmation of your order. If you have not received an email, please wait a while. If you have not received an email after an hour, check your spam box. Still haven't received anything? Fill out the Contact form so that we can check whether your order has been received correctly.


Can I return my purchase?

It can always happen that you change your mind and want to return your purchase. This is possible if you return your purchase within 14 days after arrival of your purchase. As soon as your returned products have arrived, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days. It is therefore important to state your bank account number. Also make sure that you print your proof of purchase, which you received by email, and include it in your return package
Unfortunately, we can't provide a refund when the 14 days on which a return can be made have passed. We also can't provide a refund if the returned products are not in their original condition (e.g. damaged).
